• Crime Overseas Production Order (COPO) applications

  SWROCU is the Registered Authority in the region to complete Crime Overseas Production Order (COPO) applications.

• Gateway

  The Gateway is the first point of contact for all enquiries into SWROCU and is part of the Regional Intelligence Unit.

• Government Agencies Intelligence Network (GAIN) Coordinator

  GAIN manages the sharing and gathering of intelligence by multiple agencies. The regional GAIN Coordinator can advise on the benefits of GAIN and how to make a referral.

• Regional Intelligence Unit Threat Desk

  The Regional Intelligence Unit includes an intelligence development threat desk that aligns with the Control Strategy.

• Regional Organised Crime Threat Assessment (ROCTA)

  The ROCTA team includes assessors, analysts and researchers who understand and manage the threat and risk from Serious and Organised Crime (SOC) across the South West.

• Regional Prison Intelligence Unit (RPIU)

  The RPIU ensures the collection, use and management of intelligence gathered within the custodial estate, which is used to prevent, disrupt and prosecute crimes.

• Sensitive Intelligence Unit (SIU)

  The SIU supports both the operational arm of the ROCU and force intelligence units and teams.
